How many people in each group?

The number of participants in each group may vary, but it is never more than 5 people in the same group, this way we ensure that everyone receives personalized attention for effective learning.

Are the students in a group all the same level?

Yes, our expert instructors lead group sessions following a tailored program based on the collective proficiency level of the group.

How do I know my level?

We will provide a short test for you to determine your level. Additionally, an interview with a teacher will help assess your proficiency more accurately.

Can I leave the group whenever I want?

Yes, our courses are not subscription-based. You can leave the group whenever you need to.

What happens if I need to change the group because of my schedule?

No problem! As long as we have another group at your level and the schedule works for you, we can accommodate the change.

What materials are used in class?

We utilize specific textbooks suited to the group's level from the editoral DIFUSIÓN, and you'll also receive a PDF of study materials designed by our teachers.

This approach ensures convenience and accessibility for everyone, regardless of their geographical location. Where are the teachers from?

All our teachers are from Spain and have a Spanish accent.

Can I take a free trial class?

Yes, you can! We offer free trial classes to help you experience our teaching methodology firsthand.

Simply reach out to our team, and we'll schedule a personalized one-on-one appointment with one of our teachers.

During this session, you'll have the opportunity to assess your current level, learn about our teaching methods, explore our materials and classes, and discuss the courses available based on your schedule and proficiency level.

After the trial class, you can decide if you'd like to join our academy. We're here to support you every step of the way in your language-learning journey.

How can i join the academy?

Contact Our Team to Schedule a Trial Class:

Reach out to our team to arrange a trial class. During this session, we will assess your proficiency level and provide information about the courses available based on your schedule availability.

Attend the Trial Class for Level Assessment and Course Information:

Participate in the trial class where we will evaluate your language level and discuss available courses suitable for you. You'll also learn about the structure and methods of our classes.

Receive Payment Link and Secure Your Spot:

Upon confirmation of your preferred group and schedule, we'll send you a payment link. Once payment is completed, your spot in the group will be secured. You'll receive a confirmation email along with access to the corresponding course materials tailored to your level.

Why do I have to pay the registration fee?

The registration fee is used to purchase textbooks from the editorial "Difusión". However, you have the option to buy the physical textbooks, and in that case, the registration fee is not applicable.

HOW CAN I PAY?

To enroll in a course, we recommend starting with a free trial class and requesting more information about the course. Once we confirm a suitable group and schedule for you, we'll send a payment link.

Payment can be made securely via credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
